Flawless Service From Start to Finish
I had a tree fall on my home. There was damage to the gutter, roof and siding. Feazel came highly recommended by my arborist. He put me in contact with Mike Cox and I have been treated awesomely! Mike explained everything in great detail, stayed in contact with me while I worked with my insurance on items they did not want to cover. After all was said and done, I was ready to get started with the work. The day before my install, I got a call from Robert Robertson with the run down on what to expect. He also sent a text which was helpful because I extremely nervous about my installation. He and the crew showed up early and got started. Throughout the install Robert kept me informed. I needed several new wood panels and he full broke down what would happen, the cost and how things would work on the backend. When all was complete, he walked me around my property to show me all repairs. The crews clean up was immaculate! Everything was put back where it was and they took care not to disturb my garden. I look forward to working with Feazel in the near future.
Super Impressed
Excellent result, love the roof, but along the way, I experienced admirable communication with Chris, my salesman and Dustin, project manager. They listened and respected what I had to say. The roof is beautiful and such a showpiece when people come in the driveway. The workers came early, stayed late, were respectful of my need to come and go. They even blew the leaves out of my garage! I couldn’t believe the dumpster was gone before I woke up the day after they were done. Top notch service. Walking throughthe process with defiant insurance
Tim Cain, and Kyle, walked us through to frustrating process of an insurance that wouldn't pay for a storm damaged roof. The insurance agent only wanted to patch, even though we had two layers of shingles, which Ohio code says you can only have one layer. Even though we told our agent that there were two layers, our agent kept asking for new evidence and more documentation, which we met every request. The he had the nerve to say we had never told about the two layers. All told, the insurance agent wasted two months of our time. Through all this Tim and Kyle stayed with us and gave us recommendations to proceed. With their help we were able to win the fight and our roof will be replaced. Thank you Tim & Kyle. You all were great and I highly recommend you to others.
Outstanding
We had a new roof installed and the experience was great. We have dealt with many contractors over the years and Feazel (and especially our sales person and primary contact, Ruben) exceeded all expectations. Ruben explained the process in detail, helped with communications to our insurance company, updated us regularly and was always available to answer questions or concerns. He went the extra mile to make certain that our newly-installed Trex deck and our trees were protected. He was on-site while the work was completed. Ruben is knowledgeable, respectful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. We also met managers Dustin and Cody; they came by before the work commenced, stopped by during the tear off and installation, and then after the roof was installed to ensure it was up to their standards. The crew was timely, respectful and hard-working. They did an amazing job cleaning up each day. Unfortunately, we live in a world where profits are more important than quality of work. Feazel is different; they are the complete opposite. Feazel makes certain that nothing but the highest standards are met in the installation. We cannot be more pleased and highly recommend Feazel Roofing.
Roofing and Gutters - Fantastic job, very pleased
We were so pleased with every aspect of the job done by Feazel Roofing, which included replacing the roof of our house, garage, and gutters. Our salesperson, Zach Pigg, was very personable and very knowledgeable. He performed the initial inspection and gave us information on everything from the scope of work needed to a virtual preview of the shingle choices using a photo of our house. He communicated with us at every step along the way, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Zach worked tirelessly behind the scenes with the insurance company and obtaining insurance coverage for a new roof. This included a comprehensive NTS report, many photos and an analysis of our roof damage and what our homeowners policy covered. When installation day arrived, we were very impressed with the large work crew that came out. They worked really hard in very hot weather, completing the job in one day. They did a thorough clean up as well. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new roof and with everyone we encountered at Feazel. They went above and beyond to make sure the process was not only painless but actually enjoyable. This was because we were treated with consideration and respect by everyone at Feazel. We appreciate their support, professionalism, availability and hard work. I wanted to add that our gutters and downspouts were completed and the result was top notch!
Brandon went above and beyond
I just can't say enough good things about Brandon Aselage and Feazel Roofing. Brandon patiently worked with my insurance company for over a year, trying to get them to approve a full roof replacement and getting them to finish paying for the roof after the work was done. Long after I would have given up, Brandon continued to work with various members of my insurance company to get the work approved, keeping me updated along the way. Everyone I had contact with, from the team who actually installed the roof, to the different members who I worked with along the way, were courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Feazel to anyone who needs a new roof or roof-related work done.
Roof replacement on Fry Road
Our experience with Feazel was great. We got the price we wanted, it was scheduled in a couple of weeks, work was completed on time, and the clean-up was great. During installation they found a broken rafter beam, and fixed it without asking for an adder. Frank the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. Overall, a very good experience!

Workers were very courteous, respectful, answered any question I and cleaned up afterwards. We could not be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone. Roofing Replacement
As a homeowner, replacing a roof can be very stressful especially given the cost of architectural shingles and the timeline for completion. However, I must say that the Feazel team consisting of Drew Velez (Field Supervisor) who had all the patience to answer all of our questions no matter how many times, and took the time to guide us on how to start the process. I really appreciated their clear communication with us regarding timeline and how to prepare our home for re-roofing. I highly commend Jerry Farrell (Project Manager) for his excellence in supervising his work crew and in the close attention he gave to the quality of the project. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with the finished result. My experience with Feazel was outstanding! They have done other excellent work in our neighborhood as well.
