Our crew was fantastic. They left the work site incredibly clean and worked in a very organized manner. Everything from customer support to project manager communication was appropriate and timely.
Perfect Roof Replacement
We just had a complete roof replacement and gutter guards installed by Feazel. Everything was done perfectly! Those we dealt with were reliable, knowledgeable, honest, kind, flexible, trustworthy, and most professional. Feazel has an outstanding team, whose excellence in customer service made it a very positive experience for us! Matt, Field Supervisor, was highly recommended by a neighbor, whose roof had just been replaced by Feazel. He clearly explained everything, and was patient and kind as he responded to all of our questions. Matt was very helpful and most knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and advised the installers. As promised, the roofing crew covered and protected our landscaping and the deck. Robert, Project Manager, oversaw the roofers and gutter guard installation. They finished the complete tear down and install in one 12 hour day! Clean up was immaculate, too! The installation crew did a fantastic job. Our new roof and the gutter guards look great! Thanks to Robert and Matt, the installation was perfectly completed. The main office was quick to respond to all emails and flexible to all requests. Their on-going communication and customer service was awesome! It was a pleasure to deal with them and we appreciated their support. The Feazel employees exceeded our expectations. Great experience
Everyone from Feazel was very professional and helpful They handled everything from dealing with our insurance company to keeping us informed of everything happening Roofers removed our old roof and installed the new one and we’re done in 11 hours including cleanup They were extremely hard workers and cleaned everything up I would recommend them definitely
Excellent roofing experience
My experience with Feazel was outstanding!! I experienced storm damage to my roof and could not get any help from my insurance company until Feazel came to my rescue. I want to especially thank Tim S. once he got involved he stepped in and helped with dealing with the insurance company. He provided me with guidance and provided the insurance company with everything that they needed for the claim. I would also like to add that the experience with Grant and his crew ran extremely smooth during the placement of the new roof. I would definitely recommend Feazel they are very thorough, helpful, dependable and professional.
Roof Replacment
Working with Feazel Tim Squire and Brain Jaeger was the best experience ever. Tim Squire did an excellent job submitting my insurance claim on my behalf. He kept me informed of the entire process at every step. He spent so much time explaining every step and sent me photos of past jobs he did. Brian Jaeger, the Project Manager, also did an excellent job, he kept me informed of the job , every day he arrived onsite he sent me pictures and did a Facetime of everything. Also did a final inspection when the job was complete to make sure everything was good and complete. In fact, everyone you talk to at Feazel are always polite, kind, and professional. Very hard to find a company like this in today’s world. There communication across the board is like no other I have dealt with in my career. Top notch all the way around.

Drew was great with communication leading up to the start of the project and Jerry did an amazing job communication throughout the roofing process, including photos as the work was being done as well as the completion.
New Roof
The roofing crew tore off the old shingles and replaced with a new roof in one day. They were very professional and worked hard continuously all day. Chad Kaylor, Field Supervisor, explained everything in detail on what to expect during the roofing project. We are very pleased with our new roof installed by Feazel Roofing.

My professional life has always revolved around providing great customer service, and I truly appreciate it in return. My experience with Feazel, unfortunately began with a problem, while installing a roof on my neighbors house, Feazel accidentally cracked a portion of my sidewalk. It has been my experience that the actual problem in any relationship, is not the problem, but how it is handled. Feazel reached out to me about the issue, and it was handled quickly and professionally! At which time I stated " because of there great service, when I need a roof, the job is there's: Little did I know that 3 months later, I would need them. The entire process was a pleasure, I was kept informed of scheduling, coordination, all aspects. Feazel worked directly with my insurance company to coordinate all damages, and costs. The attention to details was also appreciated. The clean-up was tremendous, the even returned the next day to review the job, and clean up the yard one more time. Great service, I would recomend them to any and all!
Great tear off and new shingles.
One day roof tear off and complete new roof. Work crew was from Columbus, exactly on time, and phenomenal work ethic. Cleanup included magnet sweep of yard. Wonderful job!
Quick resolution of gutter issue
We had an issue with our newly installed gutters and it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Drew Bailey with FEAZEL couldn’t have been better to work with and their gutter contractor was outstanding!
