Leveraging advanced technology allows Feazel to increase estimate accuracy, go paperless, respond quickly and provide you with detailed information.

Attic Ventilation Protect your investment.

Proper attic ventilation can extend the life of your roof while reducing the risk of potential problems by minimizing the temperature differences between the attic and the outside air.

Temperature Maintenance

Our residential ventilation will remove moisture and heat from your attic, avoiding rising energy costs, ice damage and damaged roof system components. In addition, our ventilation will prevent damage to structural and personal items kept inside the attic where temperatures can easily reach 150°F.

Residential MasonryKeep your chimney high and dry.

Because chimneys venture above the roof line, they’re vulnerable to environmental elements. Wind, storms and normal wear and tear cause cracking or lifting of sealant around the chimney, opening the door for leaks, structural damage and mold damage.

Chimneysaver Water Repellants

Without protection from water repellent, all new and existing masonry chimneys are susceptible to water damage. Feazel ChimneySaver water repellents come with a 10-year warranty and have been the first choice of chimney professionals for nearly 20 years. The repellent reduces water penetration into the masonry by 99.9% according to ASTM tests conducted at the University of Wyoming. ChimneySaver is 100% vapor permeable.

Chimney Crowns

A chimney crown is designed to prevent water from seeping into the masonry below. Water-damaged or cracked chimney crowns can lead to costly chimney repairs. Feazel’s flex crown solution is an elastomeric coating that forms a flexible waterproof membrane to protect chimney crowns. It dries in about 6 hours and cures in about 24 hours to a natural concrete or mortar appearance and comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Leak Prevention

It takes a skilled craftsman to install a flashing that will perform maintenance-free for years. Some take shortcuts, causing loose foundations or cracks in the chimney after only a few years. Feazel craftsmen deliver the utmost attention to detail. Using the “Grind and Tuck” technique, grinding the mortar joints, bending the metal along the top of the flashing and tucking it back into the mortar joints. Then mortar caulk is pointed back into the joint causing a permanent watertight seal.

Tuckpointing

Tuckpointing is a repair that focuses on the mortar joint between brick or stone and doesn’t address the masonry chimney unit itself. There are many situations where tuckpointing may not be the best option. If you are considering a repair that involves tuckpointing, get a free evaluation.

Gutter InstallationQuality gutters help protect your home.

The purpose of your guttering system is to collect rain water from the roofing area and disperse the water away from your home. Properly configured downspouts are essential. A faulty guttering system can contribute to damage of your shingles, foundation, driveway, walkways and landscaping. Feazel provides and installs continuous rain guttering, also known as seamless guttering. This product is nationally recognized as the most popular form of guttering because it eliminates unsightly seams, reduces the possibility of leaks, never needs painting, is formed on the job site for exact measurements, can be installed quickly and has many color options to choose from.

Gutter Installation

Feazel uses a hidden hanger when installing gutters to ensure that screws don’t back out. Standard gutter spikes back out due to contraction and expansion of the gutter until they pull loose from the fascia. Loose gutters can increase the chance of wood rot at the fascia board and along the eaves of your home.

Gutter Maintenance And Protection

Guttering systems require frequent maintenance to insure optimal protection for your home. Make sure your gutters are free from debris, leaves, granules from shingles and bird nests. The extreme exposure to nature can also cause sealant failures and snow and ice can loosen fasteners. These problems should be fixed immediately to prevent more costly repairs to your roof or foundation.

Leaf Relief

Our patented Aluma-Perf Technology™ of Leaf Relief traps the smallest debris, allowing water to flow freely. Debris is then lifted off gutters by a gentle breeze. Leaf Relief mounts securely to the gutter system, resisting damage from high winds, heavy snow and ice. The fixed, aluminum construction of Leaf Relief damage from bugs, squirrels, raccoons and birds, while the product’s unique design ends routine gutter cleaning altogether. Leaf Relief works better than other gutter systems on the market, while it’s subtle and thin design increases curb appeal.
