A Job Well Done
We were so pleased with every aspect of the job done by Feazel Roofing, which included replacing the roof of our house, garage, and gutters. Our salesperson, Frank Butts, was very personable and very knowledgeable. He performed the initial inspection and gave us information on everything from the scope of work needed to a virtual preview of the shingle choices using a photo of our house. He communicated with us at every step along the way, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Field Supervisor/Manager Justin Koenig worked tirelessly behind the scenes to obtain insurance coverage for a new roof. This included a comprehensive NTS report, many photos and an analysis of our roof damage and what our homeowners policy covered. When installation day arrived, we were very impressed with the large work crew that came out. They worked really hard in very hot weather, completing the job in one day. They did a thorough clean up as well. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new roof and with everyone we encountered at Feazel. They went above and beyond to make sure the process was not only painless but actually enjoyable. This was because we were treated with consideration and respect by everyone at Feazel. We appreciate their support, professionalism, availability and hard work.
