Nothing Short of Excellence
My experience with Feazel for obtaining a new roof was nothing short of excellent, specifically with the help of Erich Moore. He was with us every single step of the way, and when I say every step, I mean it. From being so quick and responsive, to taking the time to go through things we didn’t understand with our insurance, answering ANY questions I had, and working with our budget, to really pushing to make things happen for my husband and I’s roof. I truly felt like we were in the best of hands throughout this entire experience. Before meeting with Erich, we had gone through what seemed like a nightmare of trying to find someone reliable to fix our roof as soon as possible. From the minute Erich showed up, I knew he was our life safer based off of his positive attitude and swiftness of getting things in order/started that very same day. He is the reason we have a beautiful new roof; because of all the hard work he put in for us. I am extremely happy with our service and would give Erich Moore a 10/10 recommendation. He was amazing. We are very pleased with every aspect of our experience obtaining a new roof with Feazel. The scheduling, the updates, the roofers , inspector ,and the product produced a hassle free home project. Special thanks to Andrew Leachman whose expertise was invaluable in dealing with insurance issues and securing our new roof. We also appreciate his multiple trips that were made to our home in Zanesville in an effort to cross the finish line. We highly recommend Feazel for roofing needs.
Great all-around service
Feazel Roofing did a great all-around job with my new roof. Erich Moore helped me navigate the blockades that the insurance company put up. He was available to answer questions and give advice. The roofing crew was amazing. They showed up early and never stopped working until the the job was done the same day. Mike McLaughlin and Sean Olstrum (production and project managers) stayed in touch during and after the process. Finally, Feazel was always available through Lisa Stachura (receptionist) who either answered my questions or routed them to the right person. Everyone was responsive. I’d recommend Feazel to everyone.
Excellent roofers
I had an excellent experience with Feazel. Zach Pigg, the sales rep, is easy to work with and receptive to all questions. Rich Hoffman is outstanding and an expert in what he does. I felt very comfortable with the quality of the company after meeting him. He was very attentive to any small concerns raised. Lisa Staruch was very easy to schedule with as was communication with Mike McGlaughlin, the project manager. I highly recommend them.
Roof Replaced
Working with Feazel Inc. was a smooth process through the entire project. I am and would recommend this company to anyone out there. Why? The Best
Rich Hoffman cam out right on time. He diagnosed my roof that had a leak. He showed me the pictures of my attic and also the roof where it was leaking. Also many other problems that will be coming up real soon. I live in a condo community that has an association. So this part has to be approved by them.
