Awesome from start to finish!
Brian O worked extra hard with the insurance company to get us a new roof! His communication was excellent from start to finish. We were on hold because of winter but as soon as it was warm enough they scheduled our home for the new roof. The crew was hard working and attentive to details. Our senior dog had to get outside a few times and they made sure there was a safe path for us to get out. The project manager Mason texted the progress throughout the day and kept us informed of everything that was going on. Feazel is top notch and we would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof, thank you for a smooth and seamless process!!

Our insurance wouldn't initially approve the project, but Brayden went above and beyond and got it approved. I highly recommend Brayden and Feazel.

Excellent follow up
When our roof was damaged last fall from a severe hail storm, several other roofing companies were unsuccessful working with our insurance company to get it approved. A friend of ours connected us with Bill Applegate, your salesman, and we could not have been more satisfied with his level of service! Bill took the time to walk us through the process, explaining the many tactics insurance companies use to discourage homeowners from pursuing a roof replacement. He was very knowledgeable of consumer protection laws and our rights as a homeowner and assured us that our roof qualified for a complete replacement by our insurance company. Bill took the lead in working with our claims agent and insurance inspector, and when they only approved patching the roof, Bill followed up with the insurer to hold them accountable for what they were responsible for which was a complete roof replacement! We couldn't be happier with our roof, but without Bills knowledge and expertise, we would not have known what we were entitled to and would have settled for so much less!
Excellent Service
Brayden Carter was outstanding in terms of working with us to get our roof replaced due to wind damage. Our insurance company denied the claim because the adjuster said there was no wind damage. We were able to get another adjuster who worked with Brayden over a six-month period and finally agreed that we had wind damage. Brayden had taken photos and was onsite when the adjuster came to inspect the roof. The adjuster wanted us to use singles that were out-of-date and not compatible with our existing roof. Brayden obtained a sample of the shingles that the adjuster wanted us to use and demonstrated that the shingles did not match our roof. The insurance company finally settled our claim for wind damage, and we were able to have a new roof installed. I cannot say enough about how hard and thorough Brayden was in working on our claim for wind damage. If it were not for Brayden, I believe that we would still be fighting with our insurance company over the claim. Feazel Roofing installed a new roof for us in one day and they did excellent work. Brayden stopped by after the work was completed to make sure that we were satisfied with our roof replacement.
